Emotions - Tears

Now that school is over I will be using this blog as an explanation for my fortunes, which seem to confuse some.

"When your enemy pours peroxide down your throat, do you swallow it down and die or do you allow yourself to vomit? The more peroxide you swallow, the more ill you become. It soon kills you. If it does not, you are doomed to vomit all the more and have dysentery 10-fold what you would have if you had only let loose from the start. While it is humiliating to vomit before others and while it is perhaps what your enemy had wanted all along, you can at least do yourself a decency and prevent death and further humiliation."

"Emotions" is a series. This first one is, as indicated, about crying. If you are like me, then you are one of those people who is prone to holding back tears and swallowing feelings. The more times you refuse to accept your feelings or to let your tears flow, the closer you are to driving yourself downwards. This often leads people to become depressed, quick-tempered and sometimes even quite mad. You do not have to be a hippie or extremely effeminate to open up a little. Many people listen to music when they feel sad, or talk to a friend or even hug a stuffed animal. People with religion will turn to their god(s). Literary folk turn to their books. You could write a poem or go for a jog. but most of all, what you have to do is accept what you are feeling and recognize it for what it is. The more you pretend it doesn't exist and the more you lie to yourself, the worse your condition becomes. If you don't have someone human you can talk to and let it out, write in a diary or journal. Talk to your pet. Talk to the moose head on your wall. Talk to a mirror, even! Just give it a try and see if it works because too much stress can really have a nasty effect.
